Added fields to Fungible Balance by Wallet endpoint

Added the following aggregated fields to Fungibles Balance by Wallet(s)

• total_quantity
• total_quantity_string
• total_value_usd_cents (when include_prices=1)

value_usd_cents is also available under queried_wallet_balances (when include_prices=1)
