Added attribute percentages support to additional endpoints

Added support for the include_attribute_percentages option to all NFT endpoints, as well as Trait Floor Prices by NFT.
For NFTs with structured attributes in their extra_metadata, passing include_attribute_percentages=1 will include in the response the percentage of tokens in the collection that have each trait_type + value.
